PiedPie Kalo ("Kalo", "we", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Kalo uses WebRTC for video calling. Whenever possible, calls are peer-to-peer (directly between devices). When a direct connection isn't possible due to network conditions, calls are relayed through our TURN server — but the relay only transports encrypted packets and cannot access the call content.
Your email and device push token are stored on our signaling server (hosted on Cloudflare) to deliver incoming call notifications. Call history and contacts are stored locally on your device only.
For privacy questions, reach us via the feedback form or email support@piedpie.net.
By using Kalo, you agree to use the app for lawful personal communication. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service. The app is provided "as is" without warranty. We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
